GoHandyMate Refund and Cancellation Policy

At GoHandyMate, we strive to provide high-quality handyman and home services, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our process regarding cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your scheduled service up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. To cancel, please use our platform (app or website) or contact our customer support at support@gohandymate.com.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost.

  • Cancellation by GoHandyMate: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technician illness, emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or provide a full refund for the service.

Refunds

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will either send a technician back to resolve the issue or issue a partial/full refund based on the circumstances.

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be processed if the service provided was incomplete, incorrect, or if we failed to meet agreed standards. We do not offer refunds for services where the customer changes their mind after completion.

  • Processing Time: Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
